Return Policy

Every piece from Sun + Song is carefully made by hand and construction quality is of the utmost important to us. If your purchase arrives with a defect, we are happy to replace it. Please email pictures and a description of the problem to Sun + Song within 3 days of receiving your items. Once we have received your original items back, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind, we work in small batches and may not have multiples of a particular item in stock. If this is the case, your item can be Made To Order (please allow 3 weeks) or you may select another similar item that is in stock.

We are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom items.
